Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Wait for Processing

  Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items and issue your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
